What we collect

When you use the Resume Scorer we collect what you give us: the resume you upload or paste, the target role you pick, and the scores and report we generate for you. In the iPhone and Android apps the scorer is free and your first name and email are optional — leave them out and we score your resume without creating an account or keeping a contact record for you. In the web app, where paid rewrites are offered, payments are processed by Stripe: your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.

How we use it

We use what you give us to score your resume, generate your report, and show it to you on screen. If you give us an email address we use it to send you your report and, in the web app, anything you have purchased.

Email you have asked for

We send marketing email only if you tick the box asking for it. Leaving it unticked means we do not add you to a marketing list, on any platform. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and service email about something you asked us to do is separate from marketing.

Keeping the scorer working

A scoring run may record a short diagnostic entry so we can keep the service available and prevent abuse. These writes are best-effort, so not every run produces one. When one is written it holds the stage the run reached, a fixed status code, the time, and one-way hashes used to recognise repeat activity. That diagnostic entry does not hold your email address or your IP address in readable form, and it is not used to work out where you are — but those hashes are derived from such details, so they can be matched back to the same person or connection.

Reporting AI output

Where the feature is available, you can report AI output you think is wrong or inappropriate without leaving the app. A report sends the reason you pick, an optional note of up to 300 characters, the identifier of the report you were looking at if there is one, its letter grade, and which platform you were on. Your resume text and the body of your report are not attached automatically — but the note is a free-text box, so please do not paste your resume or other sensitive details into it.

The Talent Roster (opt-in only, web app only)

The Talent Roster box appears only in the web app; the iPhone and Android apps do not offer it. If — and only if — you check the Talent Roster box, your profile (skills, experience, and target role drawn from your resume) may be shared with employers looking to fill roles. Profiles are shared in anonymized form first; your name and contact details are only passed along when there's a match and an introduction is being made. If you never check the box, your resume is never shared with employers.

Removal and deletion requests

You can ask us to remove you from the Talent Roster, or to delete data we hold about you, at any time. Email digitala.i.downloads@gmail.com — from the address you gave us if you gave one, and otherwise with whatever details about your report you can share, so we can work out what is yours. We do not have an automated deletion process, so we will not promise one: we will assess what we can locate and tell you what was removed and what was not.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not pull background information about you from other sources — everything in your profile comes from what you provided. We only share data with the service providers needed to run this product — hosting, the AI processing that generates your score and report, email delivery, and payment processing for web purchases.
